The joint research projects carried out with the Pharmacy department of the Federico II University of Naples (Prof. Ritieni and Prof. Tenore) and the Pharmacy department of the Salerno University (Prof. Campiglia) have brought astounding results.
Among the projects already concluded and those which are still work-in-progress:
- Increase of the safety level for mycotoxins in purees and juices
- Individuation of alternatives for ascorbic acid and synthetic enzymes as additives or as processing aids
Furthermore, the company is always collaborating with the most important Universities and government institutions.
